In Cedar Grove, New Jersey, a homeowner had recently redone their bathroom and the sealance was not done properly causing a leak in the area. Water was coming into the home from the outside. When James, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived at the residence, elevated moisture readings were detected in basement. He inspected the damage thoroughly and communicated the most effective course of action to the customer. Once the water was extracted and the area was fully sanitized, 7 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier were installed by a crew of technicians.
