Job Completed for Hot Water Heater Leak in Sparta, NJ

In Sparta, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a hot water heater malfunction that affected 6 rooms of the home. Upon our arrival and subsequent inspection of this loss, elevated moisture levels were detected with help of our project manager, Adam in the basement, hallway, bedroom, laundry room, storage area, and a closet. He inspected the damage thoroughly and communicated the most effective course of action to the customer. To mitigate this loss, 14 air movers were used to focus and circulate airflow, 1 wall cavity drying unit was used to dry the interstitial space in an effort to salvage the wall, and 1 dehumidifier was used to reduce RH levels and expedite the drying process.
