Location: Holmdel, NJ

About this project:

A homeowner in Holmdel, New Jersey, suffered water damage due to a pipe break. The clogged humidifier water line at their neighbors’ house caused the pipe between the owner and neighbors’ unit to discharge. The sheetrock, baseboards, and wood floors were affected. Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Adam, arrived at the home to assess the damage. After going over the process of work with the homeowner we had our technicians on site. Our technicians worked with the clean-up and removal of wet baseboards and insulation to ensure proper drying. There were three dehumidifiers, one hardwood machine, two inject dry and twelve air movers installed to ensure proper drying. Within four days the home was dry.
