Job Completed for Sewer Backup in Sparta, NJ

In Sparta, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from sewer backup. 5 rooms were affected both on the 1st and 2nd levels. The drywall, framing, concrete, trim, ceiling tile in the kitchenette and hardwood floor materials were affected. When Mike, NEPD project manager, arrived on-site, and he immediately took action after he discussed the process with the customer. The hardwood flooring in the bathroom and a section of the kitchen could not be salvaged due to the extent of water damage. To prevent future complications, 2 technicians removed the flooring material carefully, and then steam cleaned the area. After the cleaning, they installed 3 dehumidifiers, 2 air scrubbers, and 14 air movers to dry the affected area.
