In Glen Ridge, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a pipe break in the bathroom and leak going into the living room ceiling. The tile flooring, sheetrock, and wood framing materials were damaged. Upon the arrival of our project manager, Scott Upshaw, the damage was inspected thoroughly, and the scope of work was communicated with the customer. Our crew installed 1 dehumidifier and 1 air scrubber machine to restore the home effectively. Due to a slight development of mold, the area was contained while the removal and drying took place.
