Job Completed for Water Main Break in Westfield, NJ

This home in Westfield, New Jersey, experienced a water main break that has caused damage to 4 rooms in the property. The laminate, concrete, tile, baseboard, sheetrock, wainscoting, insulation, and contents were affected. Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the loss address and immediately took action after discussing the process with the customer. Our technicians removed the laminate, tile, and insulation in the areas affected for proper drying. Additionally, water was extracted in the recreation room, a surface shield was placed in the stairways to avoid flooring damage, and all areas affected were sanitized. To mitigate this loss, 32 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 air scrubbers were used to dry the property.
