Our technicians came the same day and worked with the cleanup and removal of unsalvageable materials. There were 15 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, 1 air scrubber, 1 small inject dry and 1 hardwood machine installed to ensure proper drying. In just three days the home was dried and all equipment was removed.

After explaining the scope of work with the homeowner Scott helped them with filing an insurance claim and spoke to the adjuster assigned who then gave us the green light to start with the work. Our technicians quickly arrived and started with the removal of the affected ceiling and drywall to ensure proper drying.  Unsalvageable materials were removed and all areas were deeply sanitized. He found out from the owner that the damage happened over a week ago.  Dried sewage was found across two rooms in the basement. After inspection, Tom sat down with the customer and discussed the process with her. Two of our technicians removed the affected drywall in the storage room, steam cleaned all areas affected, and did thorough disinfection to eliminate the sewer smell in the property.  Seven fans, one dehumidifier, and one air scrubber were installed to quickly dry the home.
