Why did the customer contact us?

On a Sunday night, around 8 pm, Northeast Power dry received a call from a homeowner in Florham Park, New Jersey, regarding a sewer backup that occurred in the basement. The homeowner was in the process of refinishing the basement, so the area was currently under construction. The drywall, concrete, and cement board materials throughout the basement were affected. Being that renovations were underway, it was a priority for the sewage to get cleaned and the area to be dried as soon as possible

Solutions Provided:

When our experienced project manager, Scott, arrived at the residence, within about 20 minutes, he assessed all of the damage. The customer was grateful that we were able to provide details regarding the scope of work to be completed so quickly. A crew arrived first thing the next morning to complete the installation of all equipment. After the area was thoroughly sanitized, 3 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber were set up throughout the basement to restore the property.
