Why did the customer contact us?

In Short Hills, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a water heater leak that occurred in the utility room. The leak went through the hallway, closet, and kitchen affecting the kitchen cabinet, laminate floors, concrete floor, structural softwood, and moldings in the home. The customer immediately called our emergency line to help assess the damage.

Solutions Provided:

Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Angelo Curro, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly assessed the damage in the kitchen. Angelo discussed the process with the customer and assisted her in filing an insurance claim. After that was settled, our two technicians started with the cleanup and disinfection of the areas affected.  We  installed 28 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 inject dry and 1 air scrubber to complete the drying process and get the home back in order.
