In Union, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a drain pipe break in the bathroom wall. The broken pipe caused black mold to develop on the walls and ceiling of the basement. There was also standing water present affecting the concrete floor. When Adam, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived at the residence, he inspected the scope of the damage. Two technicians extracted the water, sanitized the area, and installed 2 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers to restore the property fully.
