I have been working at Northeast Power Dry for a little over a year now! I am the Customer Service Manager and Company Coach for our staff here at NEPD. I have over 15 years of customer service experience and 5 years of management experience. Previous to my current position, I was the Community Director at Lululemon for over 2 years which inspired my love for goal setting and coaching. I am currently working to become a certified Professional Coach.
My day to day position here includes managing our Customer Service and Dispatch team. I track incoming and outgoing jobs to ensure that we are following through with our 5-star Customer Service. My favorite thing about my job is the people! I love my team and the different challenges that we face each day. It's great to know that I am making a difference in peoples lives!
In my free time, I love to practice yoga and its philosophy. I also enjoy CrossFit, and traveling with my family!
