The customer in Keyport had experienced a sump pump failure in her basement affecting the carpeting, paneling, and baseboards. The sump pump failure also caused damage to the laundry room and 2 of the customer’s closets. Mike, our project manager, knew from experience to have the crew install 18 air movers and 1 dehumidifier to dry the areas effectively. The demolition and installation of equipment took the crew 5 hours to complete.
