This home in Bradley Beach, New Jersey suffered from a water heater failure. The laminate floor, baseboard, quarter round, and sheet rock were all affected. Our team at Northeast Power Dry immediately arrived at the property to inspect the damage. Our project manager, Adam Steig, communicated the process with the customer and made an experienced decision to use 2 inject dryer machines, 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 10 air movers to complete the drying process.

Our technicians rigorously cleaned the property by removing sewage, applying disinfectant and setting up 3 drying machines to expedite the drying process.

Scott decided the best plan of action was for two of our technicians to disinfect, steam clean, and extract the affected areas.
