Flooded Apartment in Edison, NJ

At this residence in Edison, New Jersey, the homeowner experienced flooding in the apartment due to the fire sprinkler going off in the apartment above them. The sprinklers and hot water heater released water in the apartment two floors above, damaging the carpet, laminate, and walls of 9 rooms. Upon the arrival of Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam Steig, the rooms were inspected and the best course of action was determined. In order to mitigate this loss, 2 air scrubbers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 26 air movers were installed.
