In Bernardsville, NJ, a homeowner suffered from serious water damage after his hot water heater broke. Two rooms, sheetrock, baseboard, quarter round, vinyl plank floor with underlayment, and concrete floors were all affected.

When Adam Steig, Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, arrived on site, he quickly assessed the situation. After going over the scope of work with the homeowner our technicians began work.

They extracted the remaining water from the floor, cleaned the areas, and removed some of the contents. To expedite the drying process, they installed nineteen air movers, two dehumidifiers, two air scrubbers and one large inject dry machine.

The homeowner was very pleased and satisfied with how quickly everything was cleaned and dried in just three days.
