A homeowner in Saddle River, New Jersey, experienced a washing machine pump failure that affected half of the partially finished basement. The water impacted the concrete flooring, carpeting, and wood wall paneling. When project manager, Scott Upshaw, arrived at the residence, he inspected the extent of damage to the materials and completed a necessary removal of the affected section of carpeting. Technicians then installed 6 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to restore and dry the home fully. Within only 3 days, the area was dry!

This home in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, suffered from a hot water heater leak in their finished basement. The tile flooring, carpeting, moldings, and drywall was affected throughout 8 rooms in the basement. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the residence, she inspected the damage and explained the full scope of work to the customer. Technicians then extracted the water, disinfected the area, and removed all extensively damaged materials. 21 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers were set up to complete the drying process. In 3 days, the property was restored, and all equipment was retrieved.

This home in Emerson, New Jersey, experienced a sewer backup. The backup occurred in the partially finished basement, affecting the concrete floor, carpeting, and walls. Northeast Power Dry project manager, James, was sent in to evaluate the damage. James decided the best plan of action was for two of our technicians to disinfect, steam clean, and extract the affected areas. After the cleaning process was complete, our technicians installed 5 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber to dry the remaining areas.

A homeowner in Wyckoff, New Jersey, suffered from a water line pipe explosion under the kitchen sink. This incident affected the kitchen, family room, and basement in the home. The cabinets, tile flooring, hardwood flooring, base, and drywall in the kitchen and the family room were affected. As for the basement, water traveled down and affected the ceiling tiling, carpeting, padding, drywall, and framing in two different rooms in the basement area. Additionally, the carpeted stairwell leading to the basement was wet. When project manager, Mike, arrived at the home, he began extracting the water from the residence. Mike then directed 2 technicians to set up 20 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, 1 injectidry machine, and 1 hardwood floor machine. The property was completely dry within 4 days!

This home in Ridgewood, New Jersey, suffered from a long term drain line leak under the bathtub. This caused water to leak from the second-floor bathroom down to the kitchen on the first floor of the home, affecting the sheetrock and softwood framing. In Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a leak from their air conditioning unit due to condensation. This leak caused the dining room ceiling to fall, standing water to seep through the floor, and damage the ceiling below. The insulation, wood floor, and sheetrock materials were affected. When our experienced project manager, Scott, arrived at the residence, he inspected the damage and determined the most effective drying set up. Technicians installed 10 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, 2 air scrubbers, and 1 hardwood floor machine to restore the property.

This home in Sparta, New Jersey, experienced multiple toilet overflows in the guest bathroom of the home. The leak caused damage to the drywall, framing, concrete, trim, and hardwood floor throughout 5 different rooms. To dry the affected areas, our crew had to remove the hardwood floors in the kitchen and bathroom, remove the affected ceiling in the kitchen, and the affected drywall in the basement as well as steam clean all affected areas.
