In Livingston, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a toilet tank malfunction that caused damage to 7 rooms in the finished basement. The laminated floor, ceramic tiles in the bathroom, and drywall materials were affected. NEPD project manager, Mike, found that the hot water heater was leaking in the utility room and notified the homeowner. The homeowner was then able to take the steps to get the hot water heater replaced. After the water heater issue was addressed, our crew installed 1 dehumidifier, 1 large injectdry, and 15 air movers to expedite the drying process.

This home in Livingston, New Jersey, experienced a toilet tank malfunction. The toilet leaked in the finished basement, affecting the ceramic tile in the basement bathroom and the laminate flooring in 7 different rooms of the basement.
