To get water in a basement you have not even moved into is never a fun thing. However, I have never felt more comfortable with a company ever, specifically Nikko and Meghan M. They helped me and my boyfriend every step of the way. And by every step, I mean texts at all hours of the day, with so many different questions or worries. Or when we had more water in the basement and they sent another person to come clean it up immediately. I have never seen customer service like this company and I plan on utilizing their services any time necessary! Thank you again for turning a negative experience into something positive!
