Northeast Power Dry was recommened by a plumber. I couldn’t of asked for better service from beginning to end. Whomever I dealt with was courteous and more then helpful. I would use them again, but I hope I don’t have to!

Basement flooded during heavy downpour during our house renovation due to open utilities trench. Entire crawlspace and basement floor was covered in layer of slimy silt. Totally professional staff and crew. Basement was spotless and in better shape than before the seepage. They were cognizant of the fact that this cleanup was an out of pocket expense and worked to make it cost effective, while still providing a thorough cleaning service. Hopefully I’ll never need their services again, but if I’m ever faced with this type of situation again, I’ll be calling them again.

Northeast Power Dry provided excellent services. They came out at 11 pm on a holiday when our water heater broke and leaked everywhere. Mark L. came out in the middle of the night, was kind and knowledgeable, and navigated us through the process successfully. What could have been a very stressful situation was relatively easy having Mark there to explain everything and see the project through to completion. I would definitely use them again!

These guys were amazing! I have never encountered such a great experience from start to finish with any company ever. Everyone we dealt with during the entire process was professional, prompt, courteous, and understanding of our unfortunate situation. Every person we spoke with was upfront and knowledgeable of the process. All time frames provided were met earlier than initially indicated. The crew who came to do the removal of debris were extremely respectful of our property even at the late hour of the night. They were careful not to bang walls and/or furniture as they were carting stuff in and out of the house. The entire time they were here they did not take even a 5 minute break; they worked diligently to get the job done effectively and efficiently. I highly recommend this company for anyone who has experienced water damage. The made a catastrophic situation much easier to deal with! What a joy to work with these people. The third Nor’easter did us in with six inches of water in the basement and mold galore! More professional people I have never encountered. They came, they conquered and left when all was remediate. Always polite, professional, and caring they were a pure delight to work with. A nightmare situation became manageable with tons less stress! Even our insurance company was impressed.

Nikko has helped us 2 times when we had water leaks in our basement. The first job was big and complicated. The second one, smaller and more straightforward. In both instances, Nikko was professional, smart and helpful. He showed up within hours of our initial call and stayed with the job until we were satisfied. Amazing service, as soon as I called about the problem in my house they showed up in less than an hour, very professionally handled my situation and sent their support team to start working and fixing the problem the same day. The guys took care of furniture and valuables very carefully, worked till ~ 1:00 am and left with most critical work done and clean. Josh also helped me with the insurance claim. This is the kind of service we expect from a good company with a well trained and committed crew.

Northeast was very professional. Working around the clock. Nikko came out to our flooded house after 10 pm and left after midnight. Never once saying “I have to get going”. Which was very comforting considering we had just moved into our new house and day two had two feet of water in the basement. We had a flood in our basement and the next morning called Northeast Power dry they quickly came and helped dry out the basement and rip out our carpet and some sheet rock that had to be replaced. Julio did an amazing job he went above and beyond. I definitely would recommend this company.

Professional and effective, and explained what they were doing. When the drying process required it, they put up plastic sheeting to seal off the area, then removed it completely when done. They were sympathetic about the noise of the drying fan, even though it was the only way to proceed.

To get water in a basement you have not even moved into is never a fun thing. However, I have never felt more comfortable with a company ever, specifically Nikko and Meghan M. They helped me and my boyfriend every step of the way. And by every step, I mean texts at all hours of the day, with so many different questions or worries. Or when we had more water in the basement and they sent another person to come clean it up immediately. I have never seen customer service like this company and I plan on utilizing their services any time necessary! Thank you again for turning a negative experience into something positive!

Dear Eileen, First, I would like to thank you and the entire Power Dry team for their surprisingly short response time to address and resolve the water in my basement. Nikko is a professional, knowledgeable and communicative. His team did a wonderful job, especially Julio. I was most appreciative of the care they took handling my things when removing the carpeting. Second, I had reported to Nikko that I wasn’t able to find some antique farm tools and a sulky horse whip. He very kindly arranged a day for Julio to come out to assist in finding the things. As it turns out, my housekeeper had removed those items for safer and dryer storage in my garage. She had forgotten she had put them there, given all the rush to move and save things from more water damage. The items were found this morning. When our sewer line was clogged, we had an overflow and mini flood in our basement of sewer water. We called PowerDry who came out immediately to assess the damage and made the cleanup process stress free. Nikko was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with and we couldn’t recommend this company anymore!

This was the second time I had to replace my hot water heater. The mess occurred on a Thursday morning. By Friday morning the mess was gone and the drying fans were in place. Power Dry is THE BEST!! Fast to respond, professional and respectful at every turn, helpful, always willing to answer questions and provided great results. My initial call to PD was great, Jaclyn took all my information and had a project manager get back to me quickly. John C. (project manager) came to my house quickly and was GREAT!! He was professional and helpful and did a great job calming me down during a very stressful situation. The technicians came later that day (lead technician was John R) and they worked super hard for hours until the clean up was down. I went to bed that night with a house that was well on its way to being cleaned up. The technicians worked hard each time they came to the house to check on the status of the dring.
