PRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER

Northeast Power Dry has been providing quality water damage restoration services for home and commercial properties in Central New Jersey for more than a decade. Over the last year we have grown more than 30% and we need help to continue our growth. We have an immediate opening for a full-time project team manager to join our team.This position does not require any industry background, we are ready to train! Candidates must have a valid NJ drivers license with clean record, and a desire for a flexible work schedule. Strong communication skills and presentable appearance a must. Should live within approximately 30 minutes from Bridgewater.

Overall Responsibilities

Providing leadership and continuous improvement to a team of filed service technicians
Manage efficient job work flow
Motivate staff and encourage excellence in performance and customer experiences
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to organize and prioritize work
Provides positive and constructive feedback
Ability to understand priorities and the sense of urgency of the business, adjusting directions/scheduling when necessary to meet store needs and the demands of the business

Minimum Requirements

Must have a professional appearance and great attitude.
Valid drivers license required as a continuing condition of employment.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call when needed.
Some night and weekend work are required. Flexibility is a necessity.

Experience:

3-5-year experience in management of staff
Self-motivated to improve one self and the team you lead
Must have demonstrated leadership and related continuous improvement successes
