Sales Representative / Project Management (In-Home Sales)

If you have a successful history in in-home sales and have a background in HVAC, siding, foundation repair, construction, windows etc., then we have an opportunity you.

Northeast Power Dry has been providing quality mold and water damage restoration services for home and commercial properties in Central New Jersey for more than a decade. Our goal is to provide timely service and honest treatment supported by the best customer care.

Over the last year, we have grown more than 20% and are looking to expand our team. If you are a motivated individual with a background in in-home sales and project management this could be the job for you!

Primary Responsibilities:

Appointments scheduled from qualified leads - no cold calling
Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need
Execution of top-notch customer service
Determine scope of work and provide inspection
Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of scope of work
Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
