Radiator Burst in Asbury, NJ

During a cold front, we received a call regarding a vacant house for sale that had suffered water damage in Asbury, NJ.  When our project manager Nikko arrived onsite he discovered a radiator break in four separate areas of the home.  The customer was concerned with the damage and wanted to save as much material as possible since the house was on the market.  Nikko assured the customer that NEPD had all the necessary machines to do the job. The cleanup required two crews for 10 hours, 39 air movers, 4 large injectidry systems, 5 hardwood machines, 6 dehumidifiers, 1 power distribution box and 1 sub panel installment.  Everything went as planned and the customer was happy to get the house back on the market.

Flooded Basement in Flemington, NJ

A call came in on a Friday afternoon for a broken dishwasher supply line under the sink. The loss happened on a Monday causing a great amount of saturation throughout the kitchen, basement storage area and crawlspace. The laminate floor, baseboards, cabinets, sheetrock, insulation, concrete, structural lumber and content were all affected. The laminate floors were removed, along with baseboards. The floors were cleaned and drying equipment was installed to begin the mitigation process. Injection drying was set in place to dry the cavities underneath the cabinets in the kitchen and exterior wall where standard airflow couldn't reach.

After receiving a call from a homeowner in Califon, NJ our project manager Michael headed out to the home to inspect the damage. The home water softener system had leaked causing water damage to the carpet, drywall and baseboards.  The cleanup required heavy extraction from the carpet and pad.  The baseboards were removed and wall cuts were made.  12 fans, 1 injectidry system and 1 dehumidifier were left to dry the remaining water.

Laundry Room Frozen Pipe Burst in Glen Gardner, NJ

A call came in from a customer in Glen Gardner, NJ.  Their apartment had a frozen pipe burst in the laundry room affecting 60% of the unit.  The water damage spread from the laundry room through the kitchen and into the living room.  Our project manager Chris headed to the home to evaluate the damage.  The cleanup required ten air movers, one dehumidifier, and one injectidry.  The next day, our crews arrived at the home to set up the equipment.  On the second day, the molding was removed and fans were placed to complete the drying.  The home was completely dry on the third day and all machines were removed.

We received a call from a plumber who had a pipe break in his finished basement in Clinton, NJ.  We sent our project manager, Michael, to inspect the damage.  Upon inspection, he found the sheetrock and drywall in the home office to had become damaged.  The hardwood floor in the kitchen had water damage but could be dried out.  A crew of two technicians came to the home to set up the drying equipment of one hardwood machine for the kitchen, one mat, three fans and one dehumidifier for the office and three fans and one E-tes for the crawlspace.  The total drying time took three days and the equipment was removed.
