When our project manager, Matthew Dewey, arrived at the residence, he inspected the scene and noticed that the incident has affected 2 levels of the home, including the walls and floors of the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and the basement laundry room. That night, 2 technicians began work by cutting an access hole in the wet ceiling to begin the drying process. Following the homeowner's request, the team arrived early, around 8:30 the next morning, to finish installing 17 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, 3 injectidry machines, and 1 air scrubber. The entire home was dry in only 4 days time.
If Northeast Power Dry was not contacted, the homeowner could have potentially missed all of the areas in the home that were impacted by the pipe burst. We were able to completely dry out every affected section of the home to ensure no future issues regarding the water damage.
