This homeowner was away on vacation when this loss occurred in Somerville, NJ. The upstairs sink overflowed leaking through the ceiling and into the living room and basement. Our project manager Michele determined that the family room carpet and pad needed to be removed. The bathroom vanity was destroyed by the water overflow. Our Office Coordinator, Devin took a call for a home in Bedminster, NJ that suffered a double pipe break.  Our project manager Nikko headed out to the home to evaluate the damage.  The home had a significant amount of water damage due to the two pipe breaks.  The living room, kitchen, utility room, laundry room, hallway and garage were all affected.  The carpet had no moisture barrier so we extracted and dried it in place.  The cleanup required 2 techs for 4 hours, 2 dehumidifiers, 14 air movers, 1 large injectidry and 1 small injectidry.  It took a total of four days to complete the drying process and get the home ready for the construction team to finish.

Ruptured Pipe in Bound Brook, NJ

On a Sunday afternoon, we received a call from a local theater that discovered water in the basement.  Our project manager Josh headed over to the location to evaluate the damage.  Upon arrival, he found 9-12 inches of standing water in the unfinished basement.  The water was caused by a ruptured pipe in the connecting building.

Hot Water Heater Loss in Hillsborough, NJ

We received a call from a customer who had a failed hot water heater in the basement of their home.  We sent our project manager Josh out to the home in Hillsborough, NJ to evaluate the damage.  The loss affected 25% of the unfinished basement.  The concrete flooring, structural lumber and contents were all affected.  The water left a sediment on the concrete that needed to be removed.  The customer was concerned about mold growth.
