Two technicians then began pumping the water out of the basement. Drying materials were set up which included 50 air movers, 4 dehumidifiers, 6 injetedry systems, and 2 air scrubbers.
Unfortunately, the customer suffered from a second backup due to the gravity drainage system and contracting within the home at approximately 1 am. When this incident occurred for a second time, Northeast Power Dry arrived once again to resolve the situation, cleaning up and drying the area. Around 1:15 am, technicians pumped the water out of the basement and stabilized the situation. They then returned to the home early the next morning to reinstall the drying setup.
