When Northeast Power Dry received the call, experienced project manager, Adam Steig arrived at the home immediately. The project manager coordinated communication between the crew's, insurance company and the homeowner. Once that was settled, technicians extracted the water and 19 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier were installed. The Northeast Power Dry crew was happy to work with the customer in doing whatever they could to minimize stress and restore the property.

Sump Pump Failure in Elizabeth

A call came in from a homeowner in Elizabeth, NJ stating that they had experienced a sump pump failure. This affected the entire basement including the drywall, paneling, and carpeting. Our crew came in with 1 dehumidifier and 13 air movers to dry the area successfully. After 3 days the area was completely dried and the equipment was removed from the home.

This home in Elizabeth, New Jersey experienced a sewer line leak that caused standing water in the finished basement of the home. This affected the rug, tile, sheetrock, doors, plywood and concrete in the basement. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michael, arrived at the home, he directed the technicians to install 1 large dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 7 air movers.

This home in Elizabeth, NJ experienced a sewer backup into their finished basement and cellar. The entire basement and bathroom were full of sewage after sewage came up from the toilet and shower. Large amounts of personal contents were also destroyed by the sewage. This required the floors to be steam cleaned by our crew. After the steam clean, the crew used 10 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 1 HEPA filter to finish cleaning and drying the area. After 3 days, the sewage was successfully cleared and the areas were dry.
