When our experienced Project Manager, Mike, arrived at the building, he inspected the damage and determined the most effective course of action to restore the homes properly. The homeowner was extremely grateful that Mike was able to relieve their concerns by explaining what steps needed to be taken. The customer’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. Mike sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in less than an hour! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 5 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 small inject dry and 1 air scrubber machines in order to dry the affected areas. In just two days, the home was dry again! The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.

Toilet Flap Failed in Kendall Park, NJ

This home in Kendall Park, New Jersey, experienced a toilet flap failure that occurred in the second-floor bathroom. The malfunction caused damage to the sheetrock, tile, cabinet, and area rug across 2 rooms in the property. NEPD project manager, Adam Steig, responded to the call and immediately arrived- onsite. This home in Kendall Park, NJ suffered from a dishwasher leak in the kitchen, affecting the laminate flooring in the kitchen and carpeting in the living room. After removing the laminate floor in the kitchen and baseboard in the living room, two of our technicians were able to dry the affected areas. They used five air movers, one dehumidifier, and one injectdry to complete the job.
