Extremely professional and helpful. Very friendly. Explained every detail about all the equipment. Thankfully I only had a very small issue but I know if it was a much bigger issue it would be handled it the same manner.

There was about an inch of standing water affected the painted concrete floor. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Michele, arrived at the loss address, she inspected the damage and determined the most effective drying process. Once the water was removed from the area, technicians disinfected the floor and set up 9 air movers to circulate the airflow, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier to restore the air quality. After 4 days, the property was dry and the equipment was retrieved.
