Toilet Supply Line Leak in New Providence, NJ

Job Number: 21-0072-WTR At this home in New Providence, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a toilet leak that occurred in the master bathroom. The drywall and framing in the recreation room were affected. Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Tom, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damaged areas in the home. After inspection, Tom explained the process with the customer and all affected areas were thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Our technicians then installed four air movers, one inject dry, one dehumidifier and one air scrubber to dry the home properly in just a few days.

Sewer Backup in New Providence, NJ

In New Providence, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a sewer backup in the crawlspace. 45-50% of the crawlspace floor is affected. There is drain backup in the foundation too. Angelo, the Project Manager arrived on-site and he immediately took action after he discussed the process with the customer. Sump Pump Failure in New Providence, NJ

This home in New Providence, New Jersey, experienced a sump pump failure affecting the entire basement. The drywall, concrete, and softwood materials were affected. Hot Water Heater Leak Drying in New Providence, NJ

In New Providence, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a hot water heater leak in their partially finished basement that caused damage to the walls, carpet, padding, baseboard, and framing materials. Supply Line Leak in New Providence, NJ

In New Providence, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a supply line leak that affected the laundry room. The vinyl flooring, sheetrock, tile floor, tile cove, baseboard, and vinyl cove throughout 4 rooms were damaged. Upon the arrival of our project manager, Adam Steig, the damage was inspected thoroughly and the scope of work was communicated with the customer.
