Our Project Manager, Scott Upshaw, immediately arrived at the property and thoroughly inspected the damage. After explaining the scope of work with the homeowner Scott helped them with filing an insurance claim and spoke to the adjuster assigned who then gave us the green light to start with the work. Our technicians quickly arrived and started with the removal of the affected ceiling and drywall to ensure proper drying.  Unsalvageable materials were removed and all areas were deeply sanitized. There were four air movers, two dehumidifiers and two air scrubbers installed to have the home dry in just three days.

After that was settled, three of our technicians cleaned and sanitized all areas affected and placed drying machines to have the business up and running again.

Our Project Manager arrived to assess the damage and communicate his findings to the homeowner. Shortly after the Project Manager got a crew out to the home, 2 techs were needed to install the equipment to begin the drying process. 10 air movers, 1 large dehumidifier, 1 small dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber were used. The areas were completely dried in 3 days, leaving the customer satisfied.

Our Project Manager arrived at the home and communicated the extent of the damage to the homeowner. Our technicians got to work that same day. They extracted the water and cleaned the basement, they then installed 6 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, and 1 air scrubber. The equipment was set up to ensure effective and proper drying of the area. Within only 3 days, the basement was completely dry! The homeowner was very grateful for our ability to quickly and correctly handle the situation.

When our experienced Project Manager, Adam Steig, arrived at the property, he immediately began to inspect all damaged areas. Adam communicated directly with the owner to determine the best course of action. Since it was the sprinkler system that was leaking, a mixture of water and glycol were affecting the structural materials. Adam noticed that the carpeting in the gym room was stained a brownish color and had begun to smell. The extensively damaged section of the carpeting was neatly removed, and all areas were sanitized. Technicians installed 22 air movers, 2 air scrubbers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 4 large injectidry machines to properly restore the building. After only 4 days, all equipment was retrieved, and the property was restored.

Refrigerator Leak in Somerset, NJ

Pipe Break in Apartment in Somerset, NJ

The electrical wires, sheetrock, insulation, and tile materials were wet from the incident. This one-level condo in Somerset, NJ, suffered water damage after a washing machine leaked. Two bedrooms and the carpet hallway were affected. When Paul Monteleone, one of Northeast Power Dry Project Managers arrived on-site, he immediately assessed the damage. He discussed the full scope of work with the homeowner and got the work started.
