The project manager coordinated communication between the management company to receive approval for finding out the belongings, drying out the house, and completing the job. Once that was settled, technicians extracted the water and installed 6 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier. The Northeast Power Dry crew was happy to work with the customer in doing whatever they could to minimize stress and restore the property

Water Supply Line Valve Failed in South Orange, NJ

A homeowner in South Orange, New Jersey, experienced a water supply line valve failure. The laminate, vinyl, baseboard, and sheetrock materials were damage on 3 levels of the property. NEPD project manager, Angelo Curro, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly assessed the damage. Angelo sat down with the customer after inspection, discussed the scope of work, and assisted them in filing an insurance claim. After that was settled, two of our experienced technicians thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the area that night. Sewer Back Up in South Orange, NJ

Sewer Drain Back Up in South Orange, NJ

Drain Pipe Clogged in South Orange, NJ

At a home in South Orange, New Jersey, a drain pipe clogged and caused the downspout to discharge into the finished basement. This caused damage to 6 rooms, including the built in cabinets.
