When our experienced Project Manager, Trey Leggett, arrived at the home, he inspected the damage and went over the course of action to restore the home properly. The homeowner was extremely grateful that Trey was able to relieve their concerns by explaining what steps were needed. The homeowner’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. A crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in less than an hour! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed six air movers, two dehumidifiers, and two air scrubber machines. In just three days, the home was dry again! The homeowner was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.

Our technicians set out to give a solution to the customer. Before using any equipment, they removed the wet insulation and extracted the standing sewage. They then steam cleaned and used an antimicrobial solution in the crawlspace. After the cleaning, our crew was able to dry the affected area with 16 fans, 3 small dehumidifiers, and 1 air scrubber. After 5 hours, our technicians were able to successfully clean and start the drying process. In three short days, the customer was extremely happy to see the affected areas dry, clean, and water free!

Our Project Manager arrived to assess the damage in the basement. After communicating the work with the homeowner two of our technicians arrived to remove the water and install the equipment. The best course of action was for our technicians to install 10 air movers and 1 large dehumidifier in the basement. After 3 days, the basement was completely dry, and the equipment was picked up. The customer was happy to see the results.

Our Project Manager arrived within an hour to assess the damage in the basement. After communicating the scope of the work to the homeowner 2 crews of 3 technicians were dispatched to the home. The crews extracted water from the ceramic tile and concrete floor. The technicians then made 2 ft wall cuts throughout the perimeter of the basement. Afterwards the crew set up 35 air movers, 2 air scrubbers, 2 large dehumidifiers, 2 small dehumidifiers, and 2 injection dryers so that the drying process could begin. By the 3rd day of the drying process the basement was thoroughly dried, and the equipment was picked up. The customer was then able to enjoy a clean and dry finished basement once again.
