July 29, 2021 When our Project Manager, Dawn Marie, arrived at the home, she thoroughly inspected the damage and communicated the process of work with the customer. Two of our technicians arrived the same day and removed the soaked part of the laminate floor and extracted the water underneath it. After that, the affected areas were sanitized and there were eight air movers and one air scrubber set up for proper drying.
Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Scott, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damage. He communicated the process with the customer and determined the best course of action. Two of our experienced technicians cleaned and sanitized the basement and affected areas. After that drying machines were installed to complete the process and get the home back in order.
It took the crew 2 hours to install the equipment in the kitchen. 3 air movers and 1 dehumidifier were used to dry the area thoroughly. After just 3 days, all equipment was picked up and all areas that were affected by water damage were dried. The customer was very pleased with our services and can now enjoy a dry home.
