Hot Water Heater Leak in Newark, NJ

This home in Newark, New Jersey, suffered from an upstairs hot water heater leak that affected 5 rooms in the condo. The sheetrock, laminate flooring, and insulation were also affected. When Northeast Power Dry project manager, Adam, arrived at the home, he directed two technicians to install 26 air movers, 2 dehumidifiers, and 1 large injectidry.

Main Drain Line Failure in Newark, NJ

At a home in Newark, New Jersey, a break in the main water line flooded the unfinished basement of the house. There were about 2 inches of standing water affecting the area. The concrete materials and some of the homeowner's belongings were submerged. When our project manager, Adam, arrived at the residence, he inspected the situation and communicated to the customer the most effective course of action. Technicians extracted the standing water and installed 6 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 1 heater to dry the home completely.

Water Heater Leak in Newark

This home in Newark, NJ experienced a water heater leak that resulted in excess water on the first floor. The home's sheetrock and tiled flooring were also affected. In order to dry the affected areas, our crew removed the affected walls and used 3 fans and 1 dehumidifier. After 2 hours of equipment set up, our crew was able to successfully dry the home in just three short days.
