PowerDry came highly recommended by a close friend. The initial team that came out to give me a quote and did an inspection was extremely informative, friendly, and answered all my questions regarding the mold in my attic. The clean-up crew damaged one of my bathroom ceilings while in the attic. Left without saying anything. When I called PowerDry they sent an inspector out to look at the damage. Scheduled someone to repair the damage. I received one call from the contractor on June 19th. I thought I would do a little test. I didn't return the phone from the contractor as of today July 3rd. I have yet to receive a follow-up phone call from the contractor. What is even worse I think is I still have not received a follow-up phone from PowerDry asking if the repairs have been made and if I was satisfied with the repairs. To me, this seems like a take their money and run. Which makes me wonder if the actual work that was done initially for the mold in the attic is/was sub-par. Very disappointed all the way around since they came so highly recommended by a close friend. I would not recommend PowerDry.
Update 7/2: both the contractor and PowerDry have reached out to me to rectify the problem, but I have already had someone take care of the problem.
