This home in Neshanic Station, New Jersey, experienced a toilet back up. The water overflowed from the first-floor bathroom down to the finished basement. The drywall, carpet and pad, baseboards, built in shelving unit, insulation, ceiling, and tiles were all affected. NEPD project manager, Thomas Murin, evaluated the situation and communicated the drying process with the customer. After that was approved, our technicians removed the damaged drywall and ceiling, and setup 14 air movers, 3 dehumidifiers, 1 hardwood machine, and 1 air scrubber to dry the home.
