About this project:

A homeowner in Franklin Park, New Jersey, experienced a broken toilet supply line that affected the entire unit. The laminate, vinyl, baseboard, and sheet rock materials were damaged. Northeast PowerDry Project Manager, Scott Upshaw immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly assessed the damage. After inspection, Scott sat down with the customer, discussed the scope of work, and assisted them in filing an insurance claim. After that was settled, two of our experienced technicians fully cleaned and sanitized the area that night. The technicians then returned the next morning to set up the drying equipment. 25 fans, 1 air scrubber, 2 dehumidifiers, and 2 inject dry machines were used to complete the job. The cleanup and setup took a total of 6 hours, and the drying was completed in 3 days.
