Customer Type: n/a

Location: Highland Park, NJ

About this project:

In Highland Park, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a broken toilet seal that occurred in the second-floor bathroom. Water leaked through the floor, affecting the ceiling and living room below. The plaster, hardwood flooring, carpet, padding, baseboards, and homeowner’s personal belongings were damaged. NEPD project manager, James O’Connell, arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damage. After inspection, James communicated the full scope of work to the customer and gladly assisted them in filing an insurance claim. Once that was settled, all damaged materials were removed, and the area was cleaned. Technicians then installed drying equipment. Using 6 air movers, 1 dehumidifier, 1 air scrubber, and 1 inject dry machine, the home was dry in 3 days.
