A homeowner in Summit, New Jersey experienced water damage after the water condenser broke in their finished basement. One of our experienced Project Managers, Zeyad, arrived at the home to assess the situation. He talked to the homeowner about the process after he assessed the damage. Two of our technicians arrived to clean and disinfect the affected area. In order to dry the home quickly for the customer, our technicians set up fifteen fans, one dehumidifier, one air scrubber, one large inject dry, and one small injection steam. In just a few days, the home was dry and back in order.

In Summit, New Jersey, a homeowner suffered from a condensation line failure affecting the carpet, drywall, and concrete floor. Water seeped through the carpet and cabinets. The homeowner immediately called Northeast Power Dry to ensure an efficient and effective solution.

Solutions Provided:

When our experienced Project Manager, Zeyad YoussefAgha, arrived at the home, he immediately began to inspect all damaged areas. Zeyad communicated directly with the owner to determine the best course of action. The cement floor was deeply steam cleaned and carpeting was extracted, and all areas were sanitized. Technicians installed fifteen air movers, one air scrubber, one dehumidifier, and one inject dry machine to properly restore the home. After only three days, all equipment was retrieved, and the home was dry.
