Job Completed for Roof Ice Dam Leak in Flanders, NJ

Ice damming caused water damage to a customer’s home in Flanders, New Jersey. The ceiling in the master bedroom and living room were affected. Studs and drywall materials were damaged as well. Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, DawnMarie, was dispatched to the property to assess the damage. Moisture readings were taken and all affected areas were thoroughly examined. DawnMarie communicated the result of the inspection to the customer and discussed the next steps that need to be taken. Our technicians arrived the same day and sanitized all the saturated areas and installed five air movers, two dehumidifiers, two air scrubbers and two injectdry machines to effectively dry the home.
