A homeowner called us when their shower leak damaged the ceiling and subfloor in the kitchen. Northeast Power Dry Project Manager, Dawn Marie Cabrera, arrived at the location in one hour and discussed the drying process with the homeowner. Dawn Marie thoroughly inspected the damage and made an experienced decision to use one dehumidifier, four air movers, and one inject dry machine to effectively dry the home. Two of our technicians removed the affected part of the drywall and ceiling to ensure proper drying. After removing the unsalvageable materials and cleaning up, our team sanitized the areas affected.
