Location: Millburn, NJ

About this project:

At this home in Millburn, New Jersey, a homeowner experienced a supply line leak that occurred in the bathroom. The water leak originated from the faucet under the sink and was dripping behind the wall of the bathroom. NEPD project manager, Scott Upshaw, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly assessed the damage. Upon inspection, Scott noticed some discoloration next to the vanity in grout lines that could lead to a possible mold situation behind the wall. After inspection, Scott discussed the process with the customer and communicated the scope of work to the owner’s insurance for approval. After that was settled, our technicians continued with the cleanup and disinfection of the entire areas affected. 1 air mover, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier were used to effectively dry the property.
