Job Completed for Toilet Flange Break in Westfield

Northeast Power Dry received a call from a homeowner in Westfield, New Jersey, who was experiencing severe buckling of their hardwood flooring and suspected there might be mold. When our project manager, Matthew, arrived at the residence, he tested the moisture levels of the walls and floors in the area. No mold was detected; however, a high level of moisture was. The customer explained that the toilet flange broke earlier that month and that source was discovered to be causing the damage to the hardwood. Due to the hardwood flooring showing visible signs of damage, it was beyond repair and needed to be removed. 6 air movers, a dehumidifier, and an injectidry machine were used to completely dry the area.
