Job Completed for Toilet Leak in Morris Plains, NJ

Customer Type: n/a

Location: Morris Plains, NJ

About this project:

This home in Morris Plains, New Jersey, suffered from a toilet leak that occurred in the second-floor bathroom. Water leaked into the kitchen area below, damaging the ceilings, walls, and door frames between the two floors. Mold had already begun to develop, and the affected areas were very wet. When Scott Upshaw, Northeast Power Dry project manager, arrived at the residence, he inspected the damage and communicated the full scope of work to the customer. Technicians set up a containment section of the room and installed 1 air scrubber and 1 dehumidifier to dry the materials and remove the mold.
