About this project:

A homeowner in South Orange, New Jersey, experienced a water supply line valve failure. The laminate, vinyl, baseboard, and sheetrock materials were damage on 3 levels of the property. NEPD project manager, Angelo Curro, immediately arrived on-site and thoroughly assessed the damage. Angelo sat down with the customer after inspection, discussed the scope of work, and assisted them in filing an insurance claim. After that was settled, two of our experienced technicians thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the area that night. The technicians then returned the next morning to set up the drying equipment fully. 42 air movers, 2 air scrubbers, 7 dehumidifiers, 3 inject dry machines, and 2 hardwood machines were used to complete the job. The cleanup and setup took a total of 11 hours, and the drying was completed in 3 days.
