Job completed for Bathroom Pipe Break

Northeast PowerDry received a call regarding a broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom that resulted in a leak in the living room below. This affected the ceiling, walls, and carpet of both rooms in the home. The homeowner immediately called our team to take care of the situation.

Project Manager, Christopher, drove to personally meet with the customer. Christopher was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. The homeowner was extremely grateful and happy that Christopher was able to set up his house to make it easier to live in. In order to assist the homeowner, our team made special accommodations for him to be able to move around and function easily during the drying process. Due to the pipe break, some of the carpets and walls were not salvageable and needed to be removed. A crew of NEPD technicians installed 2 dehumidifiers and 1 air scrubber in order to dry the affected areas. In just three days, the home was dry!
