Job completed for Blocked Drain Pipe

In Elizabeth, New Jersey, the homeowner experienced a drainpipe block between the first floor and basement. Moisture readings were found in the laundry, hallway, kitchen, closet, bathroom, bedroom, and storage. The baseboards, drywall, vinyl tiles, ceramic tiles, hard surface, cabinets, doors, and insulation were damaged. This customer needed immediate assistance in getting the situation stabilized.

When Northeast Power Dry received the call, experienced project manager, Adam Steig arrived at the home immediately. The project manager coordinated communication between the crew’s, insurance company and the homeowner. Once that was settled, technicians extracted the water and 19 air movers, 1 air scrubber, and 1 dehumidifier were installed.
