Job completed for Dishwasher Leak in Kitchen

Northeast PowerDry received a call regarding a dishwasher leak. The leak came from a valve from the dishwasher. The leak caused water damage to the finished basement and kitchen of the home. The vinyl tile flooring in the kitchen and the ceiling in the basement were all affected. Not having much experience dealing with insurance, the homeowner was stressed and frantic.

Project Manager, Scott, drove to personally meet with the customer. Scott was able to assist the customer in setting up and determining a plan of action. The homeowner was extremely grateful for the insurance assistance that Scott was able to assist with. Other than insurance, the customer’s main concern was how quickly we can begin the drying process. Scott sent a crew out immediately and they arrived at the home in 30 minutes! When they arrived, two Northeast Power Dry technicians installed 8 air movers and 2 dehumidifiers. The customer was extremely grateful for the urgency and service that Northeast Power Dry was able to provide.
