A homeowner in Morristown, New Jersey, suffered water damage due to a condensation line failure. The laminate floor in the laundry and workout room got saturated. This homeowner needed our immediate assistance in drying out their home.

When our Project Manager, Dawn Marie, arrived at the home, she thoroughly inspected the damage and communicated the process of work with the customer. Two of our technicians arrived the same day and removed the soaked part of the laminate floor and extracted the water underneath it. After that, the affected areas were sanitized and there were eight air movers and one air scrubber set up for proper drying.
