Job completed for Homeowner with Water Heater Failure

This homeowner in Livingston, New Jersey, needed our assistance after a water heater failure. Water had seeped through the drywall as well as onto the basement carpeting and they needed our help to get their home dry.  

Northeast Power Dry project manager, Thomas Murin, arrived at the residence and thoroughly inspected the damage. He determined that all damp materials needed to be removed from the space. Tom communicated the full scope of work to the customer. Once all of the damaged materials were removed, the water was pumped out and the area was disinfected. Our technicians installed five fans, one dehumidifier, and one injection dry. Within three days the home was dry and the homeowners were grateful.
