A homeowner in Morris Plains, New Jersey, had a water booster supply line get disconnected in their finished basement. The carpeting and some panel walls were affected. They called Northeast Power Dry to help them restore their home and prevent future damage.

Solutions Provided:

Thomas Murin, our Project Manager, arrived on-site and thoroughly inspected the damage in the finished basement. He was able to communicate the scope of the work so they customer knew exactly what to expect. The walls and carpeting were all wet and had the potential of growing mold on them since the walls were sheetrock. Two of our technicians did the cleaning and disinfection of the areas affected. We used one dehumidifier, one air scrubber, and six air movers to effectively dry the property.
